PREPARING FOR YOUR WOMB HARA EXPERIENCE

The energetic exchange is $229 for the month of October and November and will resume at $279 after. 

Case studies are by invitation only and the rate is $129 for the month of November.

It is wit gratitude that I ask of you to complete your intake form atleast 48 hours before booking with your full legal name for accurate records.

Before we meet, there are a few simple steps to help me prepare for your session and ensure your experience is comfortable and thoughtfully tailored to you.

Select "I'm Booking a Womb Hara session for myself", the gift option if it is intended for someone else, or the invite-only case study link.

02• Complete Your Intake Form

Complete the confidential Womb Hara Intake Form and waiver (below).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Please note that Womb Hara may not be suitable for you if you meet any of the following criteria:

Intrauterine Devices (IUDs): If you have an IUD, or coil, the deep abdominal work risks shifting the device

Menstruation Timing: It is not recommended 2 days prior to your period or during the first 1 to 3 days of a heavy bleed

Recent Surgery: You must wait at least 6 months after any abdominal or pelvic surgery (including C-sections) to allow healing.

Active Infections: Your session cannot be performed if you have an active UTI or STD, as increased circulation and localized movement can exacerbate symptoms

Conception and IVF Windows: If you are actively trying to conceive or undergoing IVF, the massage is contraindicated post-ovulation (during the luteal phase) to prevent disrupting potential implantation.

Postpartum: If you just gave birth, please wait 3 months before booking your womb hara session to allow healing.

03 • Choose Your Appointment

Once your intake is complete, select an available day and time that allows you to arrive without rushing to fully settle in

04 • Receive Your Confirmation

Your appointment confirmation, details, and preparation instructions will be sent to you.

What to Expect During Your Session:

Arrival & Grounding
We begin with a brief conversation and intentional grounding to help you settle into the space.

Womb Hara Healing
Using warm oils, slow intentional touch is offered across the abdomen, womb space, hips, lower back, and other areas of the body. You will remain appropriately draped throughout your session.

Rest
There is no need to perform, talk, or process anything unless you desire to. You are invited to breathe, rest, feel, and simply receive. 

Closing Ritual & Integration
Your session concludes with a gentle cocooning ritual, where your body is wrapped and held in stillness. As external sensory stimulation softens, you are invited to turn inward, reflect, surrender to deep rest, and journey more intimately into yourself.

You will then be released to transition back into your day. You will be offered water and herbal tea to hydrate.

Every session is unique. You are always encouraged to communicate your comfort, boundaries, and needs.
